Golden Musume!

WOW! It has been a long time, hasn't it?

When was the last time these ladies were all together in the same spot (maybe Morning Musume's 10th anniversary concert...)

This is what everyone would call a Golden Era! OG members of Morning Musume coming together to release a single! OG is Older Generation or Graduated Members from Morning Musume. When I heard they were releasing a single together I screamed so much! Haha~ I love all of them so much. This Morning Musume is the one I miss...now it's a new era of Musume.

It's hard to Analyze something I love too much. This post will just be about them and they're single really. Not much of a review, but I will tell you what the song is about and the point of the MV. The song is called "Shining Butterfly". They butcher the word butterfly in the song, but it's cute.

Analysis:

So everyone is in the MV one way or another. The star is none other then Rika Ishikawa! She's not camera shy at all. So she's in love with this guy and it seems they broke up recently or she just hasn't had contact with him in awhile; she seems to be missing him really. So then walks in the whores( haha joking). Walks in Koharu and Kei with none other then Rika's man!!!! *GASP*! So of course he totally doesn't see that she's like 10ft away from (haha...-____-) and she's all like WTF!?!??!?!??!?!?? Yuko, the bartender, tries to stop her from doing anything stupid (yea right...), but of course no one listens. 

Then we end up with Rika sulking on the couch and when someone tries to reach out for her, she see's her man but it's really Natsumi and she totally bitch slapped her nice hand gesture away. Then she gets up and walks away until Hitomi grabs her and totally bitch slapped her face! EVERYONE IS SHOCKED AT THIS POINT! The rest of the girls try to comfort her of course.

                                      

So now she has realized that he's scum. Ogawa, Miki, Rika, and Yuko are together, drinking and laughing UNTIL her man shows up! He's all like, "Hey baby girl~". Then he puts his I'm sorry gift down and she's all like, "Oh hell no! I ain't taking this gift". Then she spills her inexpensive Champagne on his gift and they all walk away (minus Yuko cause it's her bar) happy knowing they gave him the cold shoulder!

Yea. That's the whole story people! The songs meaning is like growing to be a better person and understanding that we all have to grow up and realize the truth one day.So...4.8/5. Only because the MV was kind of shitty, but amazing song!

If your curious, the other girl in the MV is Takahashi Ai, just graduated from Morning Musume and Hello! Project; this past September! I thought the reason why she was in the MV was to show all the fans that she has a new path to follow now and we have to let go of her. She's been in Morning Musume for 10 years.

Believe me people, no other company could be cheaper with their camera's and effects then Hello! Project! But maybe it was suppose to be nostalgic and shit. Or a really low budget haha. Either way, a pretty shitty MV. But this is my type of song people! I loved it. I'm still listening to this~ I love having all the Golden Members doing this song. It makes me love it even more! YAY OG MEMBERS!
